My Approach


Every client, every business is unique. My programs are tailor made based on my clients needs, wants and learning styles. I use various tools and assessments that enable my clients to achieve their desired results quickly, and these often lead to outcomes they had not expected.

I don't step over the truth. There will be times when what you are saying doesn't ring true, even if you think it does. I will challenge you! It may be confronting, but it is times like these when you will learn the biggest lessons.

I partner with my clients. We both know that you know more than you think you do. I allow you to find your own answers through active listening and perceptive questioning. I also know that there are some things you just don't know yet. When it's time for guidance I share my knowledge and experience.

Each one of my clients is inspiring. I value their strengths, their weakness, their absolute uniqueness. We build a relationship based on rapport, trust, humour and mutual respect.


Why Rochelle?

When you are looking for a coach these days, there are a lot to choose from. What makes me different from any other small business coach? I think the difference lies in the fact that I am now, or have been in the not too distant past, exactly where you are. I work from my home office, I have two young children, a husband and a household to run. I have been involved in network marketing, party plan, and started other home based businesses - some with great success, others not so great. I know what works and what traps to avoid from first hand experience. I know the pure joy and the absolute despair that comes from being a mum who owns her own business.


My Guiding Beliefs

Our business is an extension of ourselves; our values, beliefs and our mission. Trying to run a small business at odds with who we really are is a difficult road to take. It makes everything more of a struggle, and takes the fun out of what we are creating. Our business and personal vision's need to be in line to create sustainable energy.

Being in balance gives us the space to live a magical life. Being successful in just one or even two areas is not the recipe for a fulfilling life. Taking into account all of our roles as a whole being and finding your balancing point can leave you the space to find magic.

We are capable of more than we have so far dreamed of. The scope of our lives are limited only by our imaginations. Sometimes it takes somebody else to show us what we are truly capable of, sometimes we can sense that it is out there. Never stop dreaming.

Profitability is not optional. There are a lot of reasons for going into business and profit is just one of them. Without profit, you are running a hobby, which is fine if that is what you are looking for.

Business can and should be fun. Being in business is certainly a serious undertaking, and that is why I believe you need to have fun where you can. If we take our businesses too seriously we are more likely to experience overwhelm, stress and burnout.

I've found the Women's Small Business Mastermind Group to be invaluable in getting me focused and motivated in my Life Coaching business. Thanks to Rochelle I have discovered my true vision for my business, where I want to go, and who I am marketing towards - and that's all in the first month!
