Here's what you can expect:

This program is designed to lead you to produce and implement your very own Profit Plan.  It consists of 6-sessions over three months. Imagine how you will feel when you accomplish the following in your business:

1. You'll really 'get' what Profit is, and what it is not. You will understand what actions you need to take to increase your profit.  You can then choose which actions are going to make up a part of your Profit Plan so you will consistently take action to increase your profit.

2. You'll have a clear understanding of yourself, and what's been holding you back. It's one thing to know what profit making activities you can put in place, but quite another to actually do them. We'll get you looking at your thoughts and beliefs about you, your business and your customers like you've never looked at them before.

3. You'll dramatically increase your income. Once you understand what profit is made up of, and you know how to get out of your own way, your income will increase, and in some cases double or even triple.

4. Your confidence in what you are doing and where you are heading will be solid. Once you have your step-by-step plan in place, with ongoing support for as long as you need it, you will move forward with confidence and enthusiasm.

5. You'll open up your creativity and find ideas are flowing that will lead to new avenues in your business that you haven't dreamed of before.  With group brainstorming, and 'borrowing' ideas from other business markets you will be amazed at what comes up.

6. You'll create more time to spend with your family. You'll learn why increasing your profits does not equate to extra hours at work.  In fact we will discover ways to spend less time in our business and more time doing the other important things in life.

 

The Profit for Mumpreneurs Workshop is for you if...

2.You are ready to move from hobby to business. You are serious about running a business, and are aware that part of being in business is making a profit.  At the same time, you are willing to not take yourself too seriously.  Business is a big part of your life, and life is meant to be fun.

You're willing to experiment and be persistent. Profit results may not come instantly, however if you attend the sessions, do the homework and participate fully, you'll see results. You are ready to learn skills that will last a lifetime and are willing to step outside your comfort zone to try new things.

4. You're ready for bigger results. You know your time has come to play a bigger game.  You're ready to work smarter instead of harder and packaging your services and products in new and creative ways.

Structure of the Profit for Mumpreneurs Workshop 

At the heart of this program are the sixty-minute group coaching sessions. The calls are conducted through a telephone bridge line which you can access from anywhere in the world.  I conduct all the calls personally.

Each group will consist of up to eight participants. With groups of this size you will enjoy individual attention, while still having the opportunity to learn from, and suport, your peers. Your issues will be addressed, your questions will be answered and you'll get the support you need. Groups will also divide into sub-groups where you'll interact and give support to each other.

At the end of each session you will commit to taking action in a particular area.  During each session we will discuss various ways to increase profit.  In between sessions you will firstly decide which technique you are going to commit to trialling, and then take action on implementing it prior to the next session.

In addition, during the course of the Profit Workshop you'll have direct access to me.  You may ask me questions by email anytime and expect a reply within 24 hours.

In addition, you also get the following:

All teleconference calls are recorded and available online - They will be posted within an hour of the teleconference session so that you can review it or listen if you missed the session.

Progress reporting system - In between each session you'll report to me and other participants how you're progressing on your chosen course of action.  You can ask for feedback or ideas, and be kept motivated and accountable.

The investment for the Profit for Mumpreneurs Workshop  is just $149 (AUD - inc GST) per month for three months.  I've been told I'm way under charging for this course, but I am really passionate about Mums making a profit, so I want to make it as affordable for you as possible.
