Leaps 'n' Bounds Coaching is here to provide the most supportive and productive coaching relationship possible, and I am flexible in the structure that your coaching can take - it is up to you. Our focus in all of these programs is to increase your bottom line, decrease the overwhelm and/or stress, and ensure your business and your life is in balance.

Personalised Coaching:

The purpose of this service is to empower Mumpreneurs through individualised, client-focused business and balance coaching. The goals for this program are for you to:

• Increase your profits to ensure you are being paid for your time, your investment into the business, and the risk you take being a business owner.
  
• Decrease that feeling of overwhelm so that you know what you are doing, when you are going to be doing it, and not concerned that you are going to miss something.
  
• Find the joy in marketing as you discover what works naturally for you and how to turn your marketing into a game.
  
• Become clear on where you are heading and how you are going to get there, and deal with any obstacles or forks in the road on your journey.
  
• Feel unconditionally supported in reaching your goals and dreams and know that your coach is their specifically for you.
  
• Explore any challenges and opportunities that come up in your business life, or any other facet of your life (and they will come up!)
  
• Find your balance between your multiple roles in life so you can live a successful life in every sense of the word.
  
• Interact with staff, suppliers and clients more effectively to get the results you want.

When you decide that this is how you want to work we will set up our scheduled sessions for the next three months. You will be sent a Welcome Pack for you to read and complete prior to our first scheduled session - this is where your coaching will begin.

Each session will be conducted by phone, or face-to-face if you are located in the Sunshine Coast area, and will run from half an hour to an hour, depending on what works best for you.

Depending on the package you choose, you will have between two and four scheduled sessions per month. You will also have unlimited access to me via e-mail between sessions, and for some packages, unlimited access to me via brief phone calls between sessions.

After the inital three months are complete you can then renew your personalised coaching sessions for a further three months to ensure your momentum is continued. All of my Personal clients are enrolled into the Leaps 'n' Bounds Coaching Rewards Program. The investment for personalised coaching is between $170(AUD) and $445(AUD) per month.

The purpose of this service is for local Mumpreneurs to be empowered in small groups with other like-minded women. This is specifically for women who own their own business and live on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. The goals for this program are for you to:

• Spend time each fortnight discussing your challenges and opportunities with people who know what you are going through.

Twice monthly meetings run for one and a half hours, for a total of six months, with groups of 8 - 12 members.
