Previously I had floundered with the help of well meaning friends & acquaintances who either didnt know what they were doing or had an agenda for me or my business. Having no formal business training, I have learnt everything there is to learn about business in the school of hard knocks. Had I have had someone like Rochelle helping me from the beginning, I would not have made most of the mistakes I made in starting up & running the business.

The difference Rochelle made was almost immediate. We started with writing a promotional letter to my existing customers & my monthly sales more than tripled. We assessed in detail what I was currently doing & worked on how to improve my net profit. We looked at how to collect customer contact details that I previously hadn't been collecting. We set a marketing plan for the up & coming year so the business had direction. We were constantly assessing what was working & what wasnt. Marketing was measured and profits calculated on every campaign we did.

Rochelle is my back stop. She is there for me & supports me in whatever direction I want to take the business whilst offering balanced, objective input. Before I began coaching, I was going through a pretty stressful time personally, and knew that this was affecting my business. I've been in this business for five years. It's always run well, and I've made a good living, but it seems to be 'just enough', never really allowing me to grow. In just one session I have gained the confidence I have been lacking to increase my prices. I have also learned a lot more about myself, and how I interact with staff and clients.
